Works well for both racing and training, but is probably best suited to slightly shorter races where you can hold a higher frequency.

A slight curve that unfolds in the stroke. That means you don't have to angle your wrist when you set the paddle at the outer position, which loads the shoulders less.

Handbuilt carbon paddle by Evolvent. Delivered with two sets of silicone straps: black and orange.

NOTE: may need some getting used to since they aren't like ordinary paddles.
