You send an order enquiry through the form. We reply with a confirmation and the full terms for your specific order — price including VAT, delivery time, any shipping cost and how payment is made — before the purchase becomes binding. The purchase becomes binding only when you accept our reply. You then receive an order confirmation of the agreed terms by email.

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT. Any shipping cost is stated separately before the purchase becomes binding. Payment is made according to the instructions in our confirmation.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. The withdrawal period starts the day you receive the paddle. To withdraw, notify us within 14 days at fredrik@evolventexperience.se. You may use the Swedish Consumer Agency’s withdrawal form (konsumentverket.se). After withdrawing, return the item as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest. You pay the return shipping and the item must be returned in essentially unchanged condition. We refund what you paid no later than 14 days after you notify us of the withdrawal.

If the paddle is faulty you have the right to complain under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. The right to complain applies for three years. Contact us as soon as you discover the fault and we will put it right.

If a dispute arises that we cannot resolve together, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. We follow ARN’s recommendations.
